Money has been flowing into international equities in record numbers.  The reduction in home bias is a positive development.  Half of the world's market capitalization is outside the U.S. as well as the fastest growing economies.  Improving fundamentals, cheaper equity valuations, and diversification are resulting in a larger allocation abroad.
